How I Built a Digital Twin From a 12-Second Video

It starts with a 12-second rotating video. Using computer vision, I detect 468 unique landmarks on the face – every curve, edge, and expression point.

Step 2: Processing the Video
Once the landmarks are captured, the video is processed through a custom AI pipeline. The system extracts frames, analyzes depth, and reconstructs geometry.


Step 3: From Reality to Digital
The real magic happens when the raw data is converted into a 3D structure. The result is a digital twin that mirrors every detail of your expressions.

Step 4: Rendering the Avatar
Finally, the 3D model is textured and rendered. What started as a simple video becomes a lifelike avatar, ready for AR, VR, or virtual meetings.
